What is the Financial Advisors Amendment Act that comes into effect in a few weeks, on 15 March, and what difference will it make to you and your business?
In short, these changes are only going to enhance the current standards within the insurance industry. We believe it will lift transparency and you will get a greater standard of advice, with all brokers needing to meet a minimum level of qualification to be able to operate.
